The useful version, not the magic version

How pebble is intended to work

pebble is intended to combine a learning task with carefully selected knowledge, language context and clear permissions. The direction includes local computing and optional synchronisation where connectivity is intermittent.

Planned capability

More than a general FAQ

A plain-language view of Leer's planned retrieval, role and human-review approach.

Role-aware context for a parent, provider or organisation.

Domain-specific retrieval from controlled knowledge sources.

Traceable source context where that is appropriate and available.

Ask, retrieve, review

Ask, retrieve, review

  1. Step 1

A permitted person asks for help with a defined task.

  2. Step 2

pebble retrieves relevant context and prepares an answer or draft.

  3. Step 3

The person checks the output and decides the next action.

Important boundary

Retrieval can improve relevance; it does not make AI infallible. Permissions, source quality and human review still matter.

Join early access

pebble is our direction for frontier-level education in a learner's own language, including places where reliable internet and expensive new hardware cannot be assumed. Coaching and care support remain secondary, human-led contexts.
